Privacy Notice¶

This site, and the INET documentation under it, sets no cookies and sends nothing about you anywhere unless you agree to it in the cookie consent dialog. The dialog appears on your first visit; to change your choice later, click Cookie settings here or at the bottom of any page.

Google Analytics¶

If you accept it, the site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so that we know which parts of INET and its documentation to improve. Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_WPFKHJQDQW cookies, and sends the address of the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and your approximate location to Google. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles this data.

GitHub¶

If you accept it, the header shows the number of stars and forks of the INET repository, which your browser fetches from GitHub. GitHub sees your IP address in that request; see the GitHub privacy statement.

Settings stored in your browser¶

The site remembers your choices in your browser’s local storage: your answer to the cookie consent dialog, the color scheme, and the widths of the sidebars that you set. They never leave your browser.
