INET-3.1.1 Stable Release Available

INET 3.1.1 is now available for download.

Highlights:

• Added a modular and extensible new 802.11 MAC model.
• Added packetdrill testing tool for transport layer testing.
• Manet protocols in inet.routing.extras package are now disabled by default.
• Changes and bug fixes in the (old) 802.11 MAC:
