Per-Stream Filtering and Policing

Per-stream filtering and policing provides protection against bandwidth violation,
malfunctioning devices, network attacks, etc. Filtering and policing decisions are
made on a per-stream, per-priority, per-frame, etc. basis using various metering
methods.
